Pie Recipes

I'm not sure about you, but we enjoy pie all year long.  In the fall we can pick apples right off our tree in the backyard.  I have made a couple that are a bit untraditional like these Apple Hand Pies and Apple Skillet Pie - both are delicious!

For summer, I tend to like fresh blueberries and even made small pies in a canning jar lid.  These Blueberry Pies have a hint of lemon and are so easy to make.

And lastly, you can never go wrong with Lemon Hand Pies too - my favorite!
