Start your day off right with this two toned Mango Raspberry Sunshine Yogurt Smoothie recipe. Easy to make and totally delicious! Great after school snack, too.
Doesn't this yogurt smoothie look so pretty, not to mention that it is so refreshing too? The colors remind me of spring and I'm sipping on one right now as I'm writing this post. Not only would this make a great breakfast smoothie to start your day, but it also is a great pick-me-up drink in the afternoon. You know, when you need an extra burst of energy to get you through the rest of the day.
I could have mixed the entire yogurt smoothie up, but I kind of like having the two layers so first you can get all the mango taste and then work on the raspberry layer. Or if you want move your straw up and down to alternate each flavor. You can't go wrong anyway you decide to make this easy smoothie recipe.
It certainly has been awhile since I've had a new post. Last weekend was Easter and we were babysitting our 3 ½ year old granddaughter and 1 ½ year old grandson for the long weekend. And oh boy, they sure kept us busy! We did a lot of playing, colored Easter eggs and then on Sunday we had an egg hunt - so fun. We truly enjoyed their visit and I loved that Miss Em wanted to help me in the kitchen. We made cupcakes and she was my sprinkle girl. She did an awesome job and then, of course, enjoyed eating the goods. Alex just walks around and likes playing outside all the time.
The flavors in this yogurt smoothie really compliment each other. I also love mango with strawberries and last year made these popsicles. And since we love our smoothies, I made another version using pineapple and coconut that is also a good one to try.
So sit back and relax with this easy yogurt smoothie recipe!
